HOW TO GET INVOLVED

The Coalition is an all volunteer organization. To join our efforts, click here. The Coalition is led by a steering committee of community representatives with staff support provided by the City of Scottsdale. The best way to get involved in the Coalition is to attend the community workshops held quarterly and get involved in one of the three Coalition's subcommittees. Staff contact information for each of the subcommittees is available here. All Coalition meetings are open to the public. At this time there are no paid positions with the Coalition.

Support for the Coalition

Two grants totaling $50,000 to help implement the coalition's strategic plan (pdf / 272 kb 39 pp) have been provided by the Arizona Governor's Office for Children, Youth and Families, Division for Substance Abuse Policy. In addition, $45,000 has been provided by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community over a two year period.
